Hi, we are Louis and Ruthanne Carosio and we are co-founders of The Radiant Life Center in Eugene, OR.
Through counseling, classes, workshops and retreats we are dedicated to helping others find true healing and to know the experience of Spirit in their lives, able to live with joy, radiance and a full heart. We know that through this joyful transformation within each individual, the world will transform.
